By accessing or using eData Panama Gateway services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
eData Financial Group provides payment gateway services, merchant account processing, crypto payment terminals, and related financial technology services for merchants in Panama, Latin America, and internationally.
To use our services, merchants must provide accurate business information, pass our KYC/AML verification process, maintain a valid business license, and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Merchants may not use our services for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, sale of prohibited goods, or any activity that violates applicable law. Violation will result in immediate account termination.
Processing fees are individually negotiated based on business type, volume, and risk profile. All fees are disclosed in your Merchant Processing Agreement prior to account activation. We reserve the right to adjust fees with 30 days' notice.
Settlement timelines and currencies (including USDT, USDC, and other cryptocurrencies) are defined in your individual Merchant Processing Agreement with our banking partners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eData Financial Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Panama City, Panama.
