Refund Policy

Processing Fees

Processing fees charged on successfully completed transactions are generally non-refundable, as they represent the cost of the payment network and banking infrastructure used to process the transaction.

Setup Fees

eData Panama Gateway does not charge setup fees for standard merchant accounts. Any setup fees disclosed in a custom agreement are refundable within 14 days of account opening if the merchant has not yet processed any transactions.

Equipment

Free hardware provided as part of a merchant agreement must be returned in original condition upon account closure within the minimum term period. Unreturned hardware will be charged at full retail value as specified in your Merchant Processing Agreement.

Disputed Transactions

Chargeback and dispute resolution are handled according to card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and the terms of your individual Merchant Processing Agreement.

Crypto Settlements

USDT, USDC, and other cryptocurrency settlements are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Refunds for crypto transactions must be initiated by the merchant directly to their customer.

To request an eligible refund, contact mail@edatapanamagateway.com within 30 days of the charge with your account ID and transaction reference.
